This week Missouri actually got the kind of snow that Colorado gets!!! We got 6 inches of snow and it has snowed about 2 inches everyday this week except for yesterday. Today we are suppose to have an ice storm. I thought we were done with this extreme weather, but I guess not! Since this much snow at one time is pretty unusual for Missouri, all the schools around us were closed all week! So Dad got the week off of work too. Even though the roads are challenging to travel on, all of the snowing and blowing has made for some great sledding. We have been having a blast playing in the snow that we have missed the rest of this season! Taking care of the animals is more challenging with the snow. Its so exhausting just walking around in this snow to get to the animals. Thankfully, for the most part, everything is close to the house. The pigs are the only ones that are farther away.
