July 2017

Sorry this one came out so late! I had this all ready to go a lot earlier, but the time got away from me to actually publish it! You understand. :)

Katherine thoroughly enjoying herself at the Cook's 4th of July party.
Anna holding Ambrose for the last time, as the Iskers moved away a few days later.
Beautiful way to celebrate this country's freedom!
Cow day at Chick-fil-A meant everyone wanted to dress up! Izzy was the most eager to get into it!
Let's go get a free meal!
This was our first time to participate in cow appreciation day. It was fun!
We all look like dairy cows!
Our neighbor let us come and berry pick at his place. She's a very efficient berry picker! ;)
 3 gallons of blackberries!
Meanwhile, others got bored....
Summer and little girls are a good mix.
 I love him!

He's such a drool bug!
Yeah, we get along great!
Did I ever tell you that chickens are Anna's favorite animal?
 I think she likes farming!
Yep, my point proven!
We finally got some rain! Yay!
It is beautiful indeed!
Between Anna's photography skills and Katherine's poses, we end up with a lot of good pictures of Kit-Kat! She loves her veggies!
This guy loves car rides!
Maybe one day he will love ball games at Coors Field!
For whatever reason, our trees think it's fall already. Now it looks like fall at our place!
Katherine and Dawson dream of racing all around the farm. Fun times for them at the Fords!
We ended up having a last minute monthly get together at our house.  After this photo was taken, the Niednagels showed up and it was a full house!
Anna just adores Isaiah, and Isaiah welcomes the attention!
All the kids in the backyard having lunch.
With how hot it was all month, we were so happy to get some cloud cover! Adding cows into the picture just makes it look better!
Isaiah met the cat for the first time. And it still looks like it's fall!

He's getting so big!

That's all folks!

Tune in next time to hear all about our adventure in Colorado!

Izzy's 12 Year Old Pictures

Now that Isabelle has been 12 for a month now, I finally got around to getting her pictures done! This post will be short and sweet and a big long one will be coming soon (hopefully)!

Memories From March

Hello all! We're back again! Man, what a busy month! Several birthdays, fun events, farm life, and everyday happenings! Shall we begin? This month literally started out with Norah turning 11! Here's just a few of her birthday photos!  This year, Norah requested a doughnut cake! Two doughnuts a person! Let's just say we all felt horrible that night. Loading more pigs up  Isaiah still doesn't know what to think of the sheep Izzy and Mr. Grumpy Gills  Katherine started riding a two-wheeler bike, with a little help from the training wheels! She could totally be a model!  Chick season has come around the corner...again! This will always be a favorite!  They make for good pets...when they're little anyway!  When you don't have a tractor and you need to seed the fields...  ...and chop broom grass down When Mom's not putting the food in your mouth fast enough  Meet the new bull calf, Demitri! ...

January + February

Welcome back! First of all, I apologize for the delay in posting this. I wish I could blame it on busyness, but it was also kind of a little procrastination. BUT, I hope you all had a fabulous January + February! It's still crazy to think we're now in the year of 2022, (am I the only one who continually keeps writing 2021 and then has to replace it with 2022?!).  During January we had the privilege of getting to witness the marriage of Dalton + Kenzie,                        Mom and Katherine made a sudden trip to Colorado for some family business (we ended up going two in a half weeks without her, which, if you have seen the movie "Cheaper by the Dozen," you understand how the last few days without her went. We were overjoyed to have her back home by the end of the 2 1/2 weeks!!), winter shenanigans, and other life happenings!      I think I can speak for everyone when I say, that I think the highligh...
