September

Welcome back!

I apologize for the delay in posting, but you know, sometimes that’s how it goes!

During September some friends from Colorado came and visited us, (which was so wonderful having them around) we went to Seymour’s annual Apple Festival, Anna and Ashley hiked Haha-Tonka with friends, Mom, Dad, and Norah on down made a trip to Colorado, and a dear friend of Anna’s and Ashley’s  Bridal Shower!!

Shall we begin?

Cooper, a VERY loved puppy!!
He still gets treated like a stuffed animal I’ll have you know
But also like a baby
Isaiah, you have officially been replaced
~Haha Tonka~
Anna, Sharon, Jenna, Lisa, Ashley, and Julie

Sharon and Anna!
When friends from Colorado stay at your house 'till 11pm the night before Church....
Katherine was passed out almost the whole sermon.
You know you have great friends when they show
up at your house after Church with groceries and start cooking lunch for everyone!
While the Keefe's were visiting, a film crew came out to take some footage of our farm and interview Mom and Dad.
Here we are watching the drone he used to get footage from above!
It was very fascinating!
As Mrs. Keefe showed Norah how to make a new dish
in the kitchen, the rest of us hung out in the living room as they interviewed Mom and Dad.

Lighting sparklers because....well, just because!!

Havi and Joe showing Brian how to make a smoke bomb, I mean fire.
Now that’s a fire!
One of Havi's classic facial expressions finally caught on camera!!
And I've just come to the conclusion,
that this kid is weird. It only took me four years to realize that.

Something Brian enjoyed doing: Chasing the ducks. Non farm kids are so easy to entertain!
He thinks he's pretty cool with those glasses on!

We loved having you all for a week!
Come back and see us soon, please!!!

Walking down the road like legends!

Rarely do we eat cotton candy,
so might as well take advantage of it while it’s right here in town!
Cotton and candy and lemonade a weird combo, but, whatever floats your boat, Isaiah!
Anna's gonna be such a good Mom one day! ;)
Mom, Dad, and Norah on down made a trip out to Colorado to attend our cousin, Katie’s Celebration of Life. Anna, Ashley, and I sadly had to stay back, but we ended up making up for it later. :)
(If for some reason the pictures are showing up blurry, clicking on them will help them clear up :).
Mom took Isaiah, Katherine, and Joe to the school Dad used to go to when he was younger.

Joe trying to touch the geese, he was however, unsuccessful.

Memories From March

Hello all! We're back again! Man, what a busy month! Several birthdays, fun events, farm life, and everyday happenings! Shall we begin? This month literally started out with Norah turning 11! Here's just a few of her birthday photos!  This year, Norah requested a doughnut cake! Two doughnuts a person! Let's just say we all felt horrible that night. Loading more pigs up  Isaiah still doesn't know what to think of the sheep Izzy and Mr. Grumpy Gills  Katherine started riding a two-wheeler bike, with a little help from the training wheels! She could totally be a model!  Chick season has come around the corner...again! This will always be a favorite!  They make for good pets...when they're little anyway!  When you don't have a tractor and you need to seed the fields...  ...and chop broom grass down When Mom's not putting the food in your mouth fast enough  Meet the new bull calf, Demitri! ...

Izzy's 12 Year Old Pictures

Now that Isabelle has been 12 for a month now, I finally got around to getting her pictures done! This post will be short and sweet and a big long one will be coming soon (hopefully)!

November Summed Up

Welcome back! We hope you all had a great November and a Happy Thanksgiving!  This month (like every other month) went by way too fast!!  Well, shall we begin? Kind of a weird way to start off a blog post but here's Flossy after going all night without eating! She has gotten SO big (and now you can understand why)! We now have to put her Mom, Priscilla, in the barn at night so we can get some milk too!   Ashley and Anna's co-workers went on a day's hiking trip up to Ha Ha Tonka! "An amazing hike for the books - Ha Ha Tonka State Park was beautiful!  I'm blown away by the beauty tucked away in this awesome state!" -Ashley "The only thing that tops having a wonderful hike is having wonderful people to hike with!" -Ashley We have a NEW attraction in the back yard!!  It's been a year since our last trampoline bit the dust,  and we finally bought a new one (well, new to us)!!!  I'm not sure what's more fun, the trampoline, or the pictures you...
