November's Adventures

Is it just me, or did this year just fly by? I can't believe Christmas eve is next Saturday! And I still have November to share about!  I was waiting till Anna posted about her trip though, so that was the reason for the delay.   Well, it came that time to find out the gender of the baby! We all went, so the room was pretty full!   Most of us thought that this one was going to be a boy, and we were right! In March, Joe will finally have a brother!    Speaking of boys, so far with the calves, that's all we have had so far. Castrating is always an interesting process because it was only our second time doing it. Well, actually probably the first time, because last time our friends technically did most of it for us, as they were showing us how to do it. Farming is always a learning experience!  Here's the other one   It's also sheep breeding time! Getting ready for April lambs. Ashley is good about capturing cool pictures around the property.

(I saw one on his phone while watching them!):D Their food wasn't that foreign to me, it was pretty good. I've never had so many vegetables for breakfast though. I am now noticing things in the Bible that I haven't noticed before and I get to say that I've been there! Its awesome. (Caution extremely long post).                            This is the view from our first hotel in Ammon Jordan                                  The first day we went to Mount Nebo where Moses looked over the promise land, died, and was buried.  Next we went to a mosaic workshop  Yes, these are all mosaics  Marble mosaics  This at the City of Jerash.
